These are the complete terms and conditions for joining our Affiliate program. “We” and “Our” means UnusedCSS (a trading name of Green Earth Software Ltd.) and “you” means the Affiliate. “Program” means this Affiliate Program. The terms of this agreement are subject to change without prior notice, but we will try to notify you of such changes in advance.
To enroll in the program you’ll need to complete an UnusedCSS Affiliate Application (if you have not already done so).
We reserve the right to decline and remove enrollment into the program at our discretion. As soon as your application is accepted you’ll enjoy all of our Affiliate benefits.
Whenever a visitor from your site buys UnusedCSS, you will earn 50% commission on the first payment, and 20% commission on subsequent recurring payments. This structure allows you to earn a higher commission for customers that only need UnusedCSS for one or two months.

We occasionally run sales and promotions. When this is the case, your commission will be off the net purchase price.
To calculate commissions, payments made in currencies other than USD will be converted to USD using the foreign exchange rates available on that day.
Commissions are paid monthly NET-30 via PayPal in USD. This means commissions earned in February will be paid on 30th March at the latest. You will also need to provide your correct PayPal account after joining the Affiliate program in order to get paid. You will be responsible for any relevant sales taxes on commissions in your own country.
Each link provided by UnusedCSS has a unique Affiliate ID attached. We can’t track your sales and traffic without you posting the full URL, so please be sure to use your Affiliate link.
When a prospect visits our site from your Affiliate link, we will be able to register their purchase (if/when they make one), and credit the sale to you. The purchase will have to be made within 60 days of clicking your Affiliate link in order to register their purchase to you.
Both UnusedCSS and the Affiliate can end the relationship at anytime. The details of this agreement have been designed to ensure the highest quality relationship between UnusedCSS and its valued Affiliates. Hopefully we have demonstrated our obligations for you to become a highly prosperous Affiliate Partner.
UnusedCSS also reserves the right to suspend or terminate Affiliate payments at any time if we believe fraudulent activity has taken place.
We both agree to the terms set forth in this Affiliate Operating Agreement.
